Need some help!

Hey all,

So I KNOW you guys are more technically savvy than I will ever be. I am trying to understand how to enable you all to make posts, as well as edit your replies. It may just be I set this blogger up incorrectly, or it may be that I need to use another platform for a discussion board. Thoughts? Help?
